I am currently attending Kent State University in hopes of receiving a bachelor's degree in human development and family studies with a minor in psychology. My current GPA is a 3.2 and I received a 22 on my ACT test score. I would love to be a tutor because I enjoy working with people and I would love to interest someone in something that they are not interested in yet. I love psychology and sociology and I apply it to my everyday life. I feel that if someone is not doing well in a subject they will never be interested in it, and interest and passion for learning is important in succeeding and receiving good grades. I am currently taking a cognitive psychology course and quantitative methods of psychology. I am also taking a interpersonal relationships and families course for my major. I hope to one day be a counselor. I have never tutored before, but I truly have a passion for learning and I love to interest people in topics involving psychology and sociology. I also think that organization and being prepared for class is key to learning. I hope to help out your son or daughter in their schooling experience.

I am currently a member of the sorority Delta Gamma, which received the most scholarly chapter award this semester at Kent State. I was a cheerleader all through middle school and high school and I was the captain my junior and senior year of high school
